SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that the shipping address will be pulled from your PayPal records (PayPal payment method). If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please indicate it when placing the order.
The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we cannot change the shipping method or the address once your order has been shipped.

TRACKING AN ORDER

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package due to an address issue, reshipping fees will be charged if you wish to have it resent. If you would like a refund, please note that personalized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
