Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided that you contact us within 30 days after receiving the item, we will process your return or exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us at shingirlorder first shingirlorder@gmail.com 

Return & Exchange Conditions

● Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

● Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

● All items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused or unworn—with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

● When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

● Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

● Damage/loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

● Initiate a return: please email us at shingirlorder@gmail.com 

with photos and/or videos of the items, and provide your order number. Our customer service team will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.

● Return the item: if your return is accepted, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: returns without authorization will not be accepted.) We recommend sending your return/exchange via a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we will not be responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

● Refund or exchange: once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days, then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Fees

● If the return is due to our issues (such as product quality problems), we will issue a partial refund of up to 70%, depending on the specific circumstances.

● If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons (e.g., I don’t like/don’t want the item, I ordered the wrong product/wrong size), the buyer must pay the return shipping fee.

● No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

Refunds

● Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

If you have not received the refund within 2–3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at  shingirlorder@gmail.com.

* Please note: we do not refund our original shipping costs.



Order Cancellations

● We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered, and we will issue a full refund.

● Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
